Call Center Representative – This position is responsible for answering the telephones and responding to inquiries regarding appointment scheduling and general patient inquiries. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, projecting, and maintaining a professional company image through phone interaction.

Call Center Representative – [Bi-Lingual] – This position is responsible for answering the telephones and responding to inquiries regarding appointment scheduling and general patient inquiries for the network’s Spanish speaking patients. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, projecting, and maintaining a professional company image through phone interaction.

Dental Biller – The position is responsible for preparing and maintaining all insurance bills for patients, and assisting with maintenance of all outstanding accounts in an accurate and efficient manner.

Administrative Assistant – Mental Health Department – This position is responsible for providing administrative support for the Mental Health department. Must have knowledge of prior authorizations for mental health services. This is a part-time position. The work schedule will be Monday – Friday; 10:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Bi-lingual Outreach & Enrollment Specialist – This position is responsible for assisting the Spanish speaking population in enrolling into the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance Marketplace and to provide resources within their communities.

IT Assistant – This position is responsible for assisting the Network Administrator. Duties include assisting in identifying network requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring network performance.

Part-time Triage Nurse – This position triages telephone calls regarding patient medical concerns, assesses the problem, determines the level of care necessary, and advises the patient on care according to protocols.

Mobile Unit Patient Service Representative – This position is responsible for greeting and registering all students for medical and dental services for the mobile unit.

Licensed Practical Nurse – This position is responsible for the triage of all patients who present with medical emergencies and determine their medical state and follow-up with the medical Providers.

Certified Medical Assistants – This position is responsible for performing basic administrative medical assisting functions per agency guidelines. Duties will also include scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring appointments where necessary, and to also include conducting follow-up telephone calls.

Dentist [2 positions]– This position is responsible for performing professional dental services in the community health centers.
