My numbers are going up, how can I lower my A1C?  What is “carb counting”?  Is it the same as “counting calories”?  I miss eating pastries….  Is it ok to eat them every now and then?  I can’t lose weight and I’m really trying…. Are the new weight loss alternatives good for me with my health issues?
