Juliette Staples has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for two years. She has been in the medical profession since 1984 when she graduated with her A.D. in Nursing in Reading, Pennsylvania. Several years later she graduated from Seton Hall University with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She then worked full-time and attended Maryville University to get her Master’s degree in Nursing.
She was born in Toronto, Canada to immigrant parents from Germany. She lived in PA, NY and NJ before moving to Virginia in 1995. Her professional goal is for her patients to learn that they have a voice and need active participation in their health care with the primary goal of health empowerment and health optimization with chronic diseases. She loves to teach about better food choices that will affect health outcomes. Juliette works full-time at the Northside location. You may see her running in the neighborhood during her lunch break and she also enjoys yoga, dancing, reading and triathlons.
