Dr. Tehrim Naseer believes she was created to craft beautiful smiles and foster healthier communities. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Baqai Dental College at Baqai Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan, and practiced in private dental settings before immigrating to the United States to further her training. In the U.S., Dr. Naseer completed a General Practice Residency at Berkshire Medical Center in Massachusetts and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She also brings valuable experience as a dental assistant both domestically and abroad, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on patient care.
Originally from Maryland, Dr. Naseer relocated to Richmond, Virginia in 2022 to join Capital Area Health Network (CAHN), where she serves as Dental Director. She provides clinical and operational leadership focused on quality improvement, collaboration, and patient-centered care. Dr. Naseer is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration to further expand her leadership impact. She is multilingual speaking English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, and French; she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and exploring new cultures.
