Transportation Services
Capital Area Health Network (CAHN) provides transportation services to patients who encounter challenges with transportation. Patients must live within a 12-mile radius of the CAHN location for their appointment. We provide transportation from your home to your doctor’s appointment regardless of the insurance you carry.
Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm
Transportation is not available for appointments before 8:30a.m. or after 4:00p.m.
