- Valid Student Identification Card
- Valid Passport
Recent Immunization Records
If accessible bring a copy of Immunizations records.
Proof of Income
You must provide at least one of the following:
- Prior year W-2
- Two most recent pay stubs.
- Snap benefits letter from food stamp
