At CAHN, “just better” means transportation that’s reliable when you need it and available regardless of your insurance. We’re your transportation coordinator, and we’re committed to ensuring you never miss care because of a ride.
Who Can Use CAHN Trasnportation Services?
If you're a CAHN patient and have trouble getting to appointments, we can help.
CAHN provides transportation services to patients who encounter challenges with transportation.
You may qualify if you:
- Are a current CAHN patient
- Live within a 12-mile radius of the CAHN location for your appointment
- Have trouble getting to your appointments
- Have any insurance—or no insurance at all (we provide transportation regardless of the insurance you carry)
Important: Many patients don’t realize they qualify. Even if you have insurance, if you struggle to get to appointments, talk to us. We serve patients with Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and those who are uninsured.
Transportation is available for appointments between the hours of 8:30am and 4:00pm

A: No charge for eligible patients.
Q: How far in advance do I need to request a ride?
A: We prefer 48 hours’ notice, but we accommodate same-day urgent appointments whenever possible.
Q: What if I need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
A: Just let us know when we schedule. We have accessible vehicles available.
Q: Can a family member ride with me?
A: Yes, companions are welcome.
