Jackie has represented CAHN at the recent AHA, American Heart Association, enrichment session for “Check It Out! BP.” This community awareness event detailed the opportunity for patrons to check out toolkits that contain BP (blood pressure) monitors and educational materials. This benefit is in addition to the ongoing initiative that is currently in place at 7 libraries where BP self-check stations are available and monthly screenings are conducted by CAHN and Capital AHEC (Area Health Education Center).
