[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Phyllis has devoted over 30 years of service to the health and well-being of the residents in Metropolitan Richmond. Her passion for helping people has led her to spend the last 15 years assisting the HIV/AIDS population by providing case management and counseling services. She also facilitates substance abuse groups and individual sessions.
Ms. Mann received her M.S. in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University; her M.Ed. in Education from Virginia State University; and her BS in Criminal Justice from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a certified Master Addiction Counselor (MAC) from the National Certification Commission on Addiction, and is licensed as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor through the state of Virginia.

She is heavily involved in league and tournament bowling. She enjoys professional sports, the NFL (Go Steelers), riding motorcycles, and world traveling with her husband. Ms. Mann is very family-oriented and loves spending time with her immediate and extended family, especially her Snookums.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
